By using swishiy.com or any Swishiy tool ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is provided for lawful business use. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to process data you do not have the right to process. You are responsible for any Google Ads account you connect and for ensuring you have authority to grant read access to that account.

Audit tools are provided free of charge, "as is", without warranty of any kind. Outputs are informational and should not be treated as financial or legal advice. You are responsible for any decisions made based on the results.

Swishiy requests read-only access to your Google Ads account and never modifies campaigns, budgets, or settings. Handling of that data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Swishiy brand, site, and audit methodology are owned by Swishiy. You retain full ownership of your data and of the audit outputs generated from it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swishiy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Swishiy in the 12 months preceding the claim ($0 for free tools).

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for misuse. You may stop using the Service at any time and revoke Google access from your Google account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
