About Swishiy

Better marketing starts with numbers you can defend.

Swishiy is a marketing measurement and paid media intelligence company. We help businesses understand what their advertising is doing, by fixing the measurement underneath it, connecting marketing activity to real business outcomes, and finding where budget is being wasted or misattributed.

Because before you ask: "How do we scale this?"

you should be able to answer: "Can we trust the numbers we're scaling on?"

    Why Swishiy exists

Marketing has more data than ever. That doesn't mean it has more truth.

    Google Ads reports$212,400
    Meta reports$187,900
    GA4 tells a different story$164,200
Your CRM has its own version$149,750
Your bank account. The only number that isn't open to interpretation.$158,300

    Illustrative figures.

The problem isn't a lack of dashboards. It's that most businesses have never built a measurement system that connects all of those pieces properly. That creates very real business problems.

—A campaign can appear profitable because branded demand is mixed with new-customer acquisition.
—A platform can claim revenue another channel helped create.
—A lead-gen campaign can optimize for cheap form submissions instead of opportunities that close.
—Existing customers can keep receiving acquisition ads because exclusion audiences never synced.
—And when tracking breaks, media teams can spend weeks optimizing against bad signals without realizing it.

Swishiy exists to close the gap between platform-reported performance and business reality.

    Our approach

We work from the source of truth outward.

Most marketing setups are built in the opposite direction. Install the pixels. Launch the campaigns. Build the dashboard. Then try to explain why none of the numbers match.

We start with the business outcome. What counts as a real sale? What counts as a qualified lead? What is a new customer worth? Which CRM stage predicts revenue? Then we work backwards and make sure those outcomes are measured correctly, passed to the right platforms, and used to make better decisions.

    Customer action
    Tracking
    Analytics
    CRM
    Ad platforms
    Reporting
    Budget decision

If something breaks anywhere in this chain, the decision at the end is wrong. Our job is to make the chain trustworthy.

    The idea behind Swishiy

    Trust-driven growth.

We believe growth becomes dangerous when measurement confidence doesn't grow with it.

    $5,000/mo

    a tracking problem is irritating

    $500,000/mo

the same problem is a capital-allocation problem.

So the standard we aim for isn't "the dashboard looks right." It's: "We understand where this number came from, what it represents, where its limitations are, and whether it's good enough to make a business decision."

    Not perfect data.

Data you understand well enough to act on.

    Founder

Built by someone who kept seeing the same problem.

    Qudees Kiani, founder of Swishiy

I'm Qudees Kiani, founder of Swishiy. Before building Swishiy, I worked across advertising, analytics, and conversion tracking on 100+ paid-media and measurement projects. And I kept running into the same situation.

Businesses were spending significant amounts on marketing, but the systems telling them whether that money was working were fragmented.

—The media buyer understood the campaigns.
    —The developer understood the website.
    —The analytics team understood GA4.
—The CRM team understood the sales pipeline.

But very few people owned the connection between all of them. That intersection, between marketing, measurement, technology, and business outcomes, is where I found the most valuable problems. Swishiy was built specifically around solving them.

Today, I remain directly involved in every engagement. You don't explain the problem to an account manager who passes it to someone else. The person diagnosing the measurement is involved in designing the solution.

    How we think

A few principles we don't compromise on.

    01

    Truth before prettier numbers.

Fixing measurement can make reported performance look worse. If duplicate conversions disappear or branded demand is separated from acquisition, ROAS may fall. That's fine. A smaller number you can trust is more useful than a larger number you can't.

    02

    Business outcomes over platform metrics.

Clicks, impressions, and platform conversions matter only because they eventually connect to something the business cares about: revenue, profit, pipeline, customers. We keep that connection visible.

    03

    Measurement before optimization.

An algorithm can only optimize against the signal it receives. Before changing bids, budgets, or campaigns, we want to know whether that signal represents the outcome you want.

    04

    Independent thinking.

We use Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms extensively. But their dashboards are inputs, not unquestionable sources of truth. We compare platform reporting against your own data and explain the differences.

    05

Work with your team, not around it.

Swishiy works directly with founders and marketing leaders, alongside in-house teams, or as the measurement partner behind an existing agency. The objective is not to create another silo. It's to connect the ones you already have.

    Who we work with

Built for businesses where marketing measurement has become business-critical.

    Swishiy is particularly useful when:

    • You spend meaningfully across paid media and no longer fully trust platform reporting.
    • Google Ads, Meta, GA4, and your backend report different revenue.
    • Your sales cycle continues inside a CRM after the initial lead.
    • You're trying to distinguish acquisition from demand capture.
    • You're investing across several channels and need better budget-allocation decisions.
    • You have an existing agency or media team but want independent measurement expertise.
    • Tracking has grown into a collection of pixels, plugins, containers, and workarounds nobody fully owns.

We work with eCommerce and DTC brands, B2B businesses, marketing teams, and agencies.

You don't need another dashboard. You need to know which numbers deserve your trust.

Start with an independent review of your tracking, attribution, and advertising data. We'll show you what's working, what isn't, and what's worth fixing.
